Working remotely is the new normal.

Virtual Meeting Technology Options
Starting this week, Google will begin rolling out free access to advanced Hangouts Meet video-conferencing capabilities to all G Suite and G Suite for Education customers globally including:
- Larger meetings, for up to 250 participants per call
- Live streaming for up to 100,000 viewers within a domain
- The ability to record meetings and save them to Google Drive
These features are typically available in the Enterprise edition of G Suite and in G Suite Enterprise for Education, and will be available at no additional cost to all customers until July 1, 2020.
COST: Basic rate is $6 per user per month

Considered "social streaming" and an easy way to reach your audience in real time. Whether you're hosting a live event, Q&A, or teaching a class, these tools will help you manage your stream and interact with viewers in real time. There are a few ways you can live stream on YouTube, including:
- Webcam: Live streaming via webcam is an easy way to go live without the need for an encoder. Start streaming from your laptop/desktop computer using your webcam.
- Mobile: Streaming on mobile lets you stream from the YouTube app. Others social streaming services include: Facebook Live and Instagram
